GROUP FITNESS CLASSES


Body Sculpt

Body SculptOur fitness class combines full body strength training with continuous cardio training to sculpt, train and define every major muscle group. This class aims to improve muscle strength, core strength, and cardiovascular endurance, with a goal of better performance overall in your Dakini practice. 

No experience of any kind is necessary to start Body Sculpt.
