Explore variations of basic spins and transitions, and take your practice to the next level with Inversions! Class runs for 60 minutes. While this class is open to everyone, we do recommend taking Beginner Pole 1 first. Check with your instructor to see when you are ready to move on. Pole Flow intertwines pole with fluid motion. Students work at their own level to incorporate several elements into a dance sequence. Open to all levels, but not recommended for beginners. Pole Flow allows students a chance to be creative and grow in their movement in a fun, safe, and empowering way.
Pole Flow runs for 90 minutes and includes a warm up, pole and movement instructions, and choreographed and/or improvised dance routines. The instructor will offer variations for the different skill levels in class.
Pole Tech for focuses on the technical aspects of pole movements, such as grips and holds, spins, climbing, and inversions. This class is appropriate for anyone, but not recommended to beginners (who have taken less than 10 beginner classes.) Ask your instructor if this class is right for you.
Pole Tech runs for 75 minutes. Your instructor will guide you through a warm up, followed by instructions in pole movements.

Complete Pole alternates between the technical and fluid aspects of movement. Spend 4 weeks studying a group of techniques, and practicing pole tricks in all of their forms and variations. Then, spend 4 weeks applying those techniques into movement.
An improvisation class where you can let your mind and body run wild! Change and challenge your movement with fun activities and exciting assignments. Class runs for 90 minutes. Pay with your contract or package.
1 hour class featuring an intense warm up followed by dynamic stretched with the intention of developing splits and backbends. Pay with your contract, package, or trial membership. Open to all levels.
Best suited for seasoned practitioners. This workshop style class gives you the opportunity to use the space to practice techniques, as well as get input from others.
